Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mishabridal.com with details, proper videos of unpacking, and pictures of the defect or damage.

We accept returns within 2 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items returned to us will be inspected. If we are satisfied with the condition of the items returned, we will process the exchange and notify you

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail to info@mishabridal.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, packing it safely, and sharing the packing video when returning your item.
